Can you defend yourself? Women of the Barry University community are invited to enroll in the Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) course.

Course Information

ISR 199 RD1 (1 credit) — Fall 2014

Dates & Times: November 18 – 20 | 4 – 9 p.m. (must attend all classes to earn credit)

Cost: $30

This course is open to WOMEN ONLY

The RAD System is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques. The RAD System is a comprehensive course that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and risk avoidance, while progressing on to the basics of hands-on defense training. RAD is not a Martial Arts program. These courses are taught by nationally certified instructors and provide each student with a workbook/reference manual.
