Beginning Sunday, May 10, 2015, Roussell Dining Hall will be closed for renovation. As part of our partnership with Chartwells Higher Education, Roussell will undergo a $750,000 renovation that will upgrade and improve our main dining facility. Improvements will include expanded salad bar, longer and more accessible serving lines, new vegan and vegetarian options, and a diverse action station to compliment the total Dining Experience. The facility is set to reopen in time for the fall semester.
During construction, Bucky’s Cove will serve as the dining hall for summer programs.
