Dear Barry University faculty, staff and students,
Founders’ Week is right around the corner and that means it’s time to register your Musical Chairs, Bed Race, Tug-of-War and Obstacle Course teams for Community Fest 2015!
The deadline is Monday, November 2, 2015 at 5 p.m.
All faculty, staff, and students are invited to attend and be part of this Barry tradition. Barry Community Fest takes place on Thursday, November 12, 2015 from 2 to 6 p.m. in the Campus Mall.
Enjoy a fun and festive afternoon of student performances, games, foods, and team competitions that begin with a welcome from Barry’s President, Sister Linda Bevilacqua, OP, PhD.
To register for team competitions at Community Fest:
- Each Bed Race team must consist of six members comprised of both men and women, one of whom must ride on the bed. Beds will be provided for the bed races.
- Each Tug-of-War team must be comprised of 3 men and 3 women and gloves will be provided.
