NEW Faculty, Staff, and Students DROP-IN Fitness Class.

Uncovering the relationship between mindful practice and academic stress:

The purpose of this class is to discover and understand the relationship between mindful exercise, such as Qigong and Tai Chi, and the academic stress.

The classes will be held in the Miller Studio at 11:30-12:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, October 2nd – November 15th.
