"All Saints Day"

The department of Campus Ministry invites the Barry community to join us for Mass on Wednesday, November 1, 2018 in honor of All Saints' Day.

"Vespers" – St Martin de Porres

Campus Ministry invites all to attend a very special Dominican Vespers in celebration of the Feast of St. Martin de Porres. Vespers is an ancient sunset evening prayer service. There is traditional chanting of psalms and reading of Scripture. Come join us and pray, chant, and sing with members of the Dominican Order, and become part of a centuries-old tradition!

Snack and Chat: "Remembering Kristallnacht: 80 Years Later"

On November 9 and 10, 1938, Jewish homes, hospitals, schools, and synagogues were vandalized across Germany, Austria, and Sudetenland. Known as Kristallnacht, or the “Night of Broken Glass,” this attack marked the beginning of the Nazi regime’s anti-Semitic racial policies and the Holocaust. Campus Ministry and the Interfaith Committee invite you to join us on the 80th anniversary of Kristallnacht, and hear the true story of a Holocaust survivor.

"Founders Day Mass"

All students, faculty, and staff are invited to the traditional Founders' Week mass and reception which honors the vision and legacy of Mother Mary Gerald Barry, Bishop Patrick Barry, Monsignor William Barry, Mayor John Thompson, and the Adrian Dominican Sisters for whom Barry is a sponsored institution.
