Faculty and staff are encouraged to promote the upcoming Leadership Adventure Trip with their students. Offered during the spring semester, this hands-on, experiential program challenges students though individual and group initiatives. Leadership styles and strengths are explored through the lens of reflection, teambuilding, communication, and strategic decision-making.

Leadership Adventure participants will explore the five practices of Kouzes and Posner’s Leadership Challenge through an educational and exciting weekend. All costs are covered for this 3 day & 2 night experience hosted by De Porres Center for Ethical Leadership.
