Dr. Starratt is a Visiting Professor teaching research courses in the graduate program of the Department of Curriculum and Instruction. She earned her Ph.D. from Florida Atlantic University in cognitive psychology with a specialization in electrophysiology. Dr. Starratt was previously a member of the faculty of Barry’s Psychology Department and more recently has worked as an education researcher in Broward County Public Schools. Her research interests include program evaluation, Professional Learning Communities, Ninth Grade Academies, and Teacher Leadership.
