Dr. David Kopp, professor and associate dean for leadership and international programs, was the keynote speaker for the Bahamas Educators Managerial Union (BEMU)’s 2016 Annual General Meeting. More than 100 members were in attendance.
Kopp made a presentation titled, “The 21st Century Leader’s Mindset: Performance & Productivity.” His 45-minute keynote presentation was followed by an informative Q&A session.
In addition to academia, Kopp works with both profit and non-profit organizations focusing on leadership, strategic planning, organizational change and performance improvement. He is also one of the few academics who holds the CPLP credential (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) with ATD.
