Dr. Conde is an Assistant Professor in the Graduate Program of the Exceptional Student Education Department. Dr. Conde received his doctorate in the field of Exceptional Student Education with a specialization in the area of Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), from The Union Institute& University, Cincinnati, Ohio. Dr. Conde has extensive experience in the special education field, not only in the U.S., but also abroad, specifically in Western Europe and Africa. |
