Dr. Judy Harris-LoobyChair, Exceptional Student Education Department Judy Harris-Looby, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Exceptional Student Education Department at Barry University. Her doctoral degree is in Special Education with a specialization in Emotional Handicaps. Her Master’s degree is in Special Education, Diagnostic and Prescriptive Teaching. Dr. Harris-Looby has published in many peer-refereed journals and presented at national conferences on topics related to Attention Deficit Hyperactivity (ADHD), emotional and behavioral disorders, learning disabilities (LD), and collaborative consultation strategies and techniques. |
