Elementary Education Program

Barry's Elementary Education program will prepare you to teach children in the K-6 age range. This option allows flexibility with placement, from kindergarten to grade six students. Students in this program want to work with K-6 children, to make a difference in their lives, and to give back to the community. 

Many of our students stay in the area after graduation, but some go back home to another state or another country.While each state and country has its own procedure for certification, our accomplished practices enable easier transitions to other areas, which limits the additional classes, tests, and portfolios you will need to complete for districts. Barry also maintains some reciprocal agreements with other areas to enable you to make your transition even easier.
