Endorsements

ESOL Endorsement

An ESOL endorsement will prepare you to teach English for Speakers of Other Languages. By meeting the highly-qualified definition of the No Child Left Behind Act, you will earn an endorsement that will prove useful whether you stay in Florida or decide to teach in another state or country.

This program has an infused ESOL endorsement, which means that the ESOL courses are integrated into the standard curriculum.

Autism, Gifted, and Reading Endorsements

If you are interested in a specific area, an endorsement will enable you to specialize your education. The endorsements consist of an additional five classes completed during your program and will prepare you to focus on the field of your interest, including autism, gifted, or reading.
