The Certificate in Digital Transformation will explore strategies for aligning key technologies with business goals. Participants will learn about selecting the right technology for each endeavor, navigating the landscape of digital project management, the role of innovation, and the critical aspects of sustainability and ethics in digital initiatives.  

Guided by an instructor and with ongoing personalized support, this program focuses on the practical applications, problem-solving, strategies, and leadership essentials needed to increase business value. A final project will challenge learners to implement their digital transformation and project management skills in real-world scenarios.

Instructor: Tarik Safouan

Tarik Safouan's work in digital transformation and Martech has significantly benefited high-profile companies like Sears, Gannett USA Today, AutoTrader, Miami Dolphins, Miami Open and Formula 1, showcasing his versatility across various industries. Tarik holds a master's degree from Harvard University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership at Barry University, where he also teaches.
