Welcome to the College of Arts and Sciences Commencement Event

During this special event, we recognize the achievements of our students graduating from the College of Arts and Sciences. Our students have completed a rigorous program preparing them to become world-class thinkers, scientists, and creators. Join us in celebrating this milestone in their academic career as they look forward to the ways in which they can bring their curiosity, aptitude for research, and creativity into their professional roles. We celebrate them as they look forward to their next steps in their unique and exciting journeys.


Pictures with the President

President Allen wants to be the first to congratulate you! 

  • Tuesday, May7th in Landon 3pm-4pm
  • Thursday, May 9th before Baccalaureate Mass in Broad at 5pm
  • Thursday, May 9th after Rose & Candle on the Campus Mall at the Commencement Reception

We will have a photographer to capture the moment and you are also welcome to have someone join you to snap a photo.

Photos with the President will be uploaded to a photo gallery and a download link will be emailed to all graduates once the gallery is available.

 

Additional Photo Opportunities

You will have the opportunity to have professional portraits taken for purchase in Landon Hall.

Additional Notes for the Ceremony

  • Graduates MUST arrive at least ONE HOUR prior to the event.
  • Doors will open one hour before the ceremony starts.
  • Admission is restricted to ticketholders and graduates only.
  • Please note that air horns, balloons, flags, and strollers will not be permitted at the event.
