Biography

Marilyn Estevez is an instructor who comes to Barry from a broadcast journalism background. She has worked as a general assignment news reporter covering everything from politics to crime. Additionally, she was employed as a field producer, assignment desk editor, and public relations writer.

She has worked for WFOR/TV News, WPLG/TV News, WINZ/News Radio, World Business Review/CNBC, and Crime Stoppers/Channel 10 segment. Moreover, she has published in the Miami Herald and other news publications. She has served as host for various organizations' community awareness ceremonies, such as Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD).
