1: What can I do with an English major?
Each year, about a quarter-million students attending U.S. universities receive an undergraduate liberal-arts degree. What career path does that begin for roughly 250,000 students?
Here’s what our 2006 graduates are doing with an English major:
- Attending Harvard Law School
- Attending St. Thomas Law School
- Earning doctorates in English at the University of Miami
(and both received a full scholarship and a teaching assistantship)
- Earning an MBA at Nova University
- Working at a marketing and public relations firm in New York
