Field Study / Internships

You will have the opportunity to conduct field studies and internships at various institutions or government entities, allowing you to supplement your educational experience. These will enable you to concentrate on your own areas of interest in your studies.

A new, competitive education- and research-based program (RISEE) for undergraduates and local high school students has been funded by the EPA.  If selected into this program, you will receive scholarship support in addition to specialized training and experience in environmental research at Barry University and at important centers for environmental science (EPA sites and universities) around the nation.
