Dr. Luis CondeAssistant Professor Dr. Conde is an Assistant Professor in the Graduate Program of the Exceptional Student Education Department. Dr. Conde received his doctorate in the field of Exceptional Student Education with a specialization in the area of Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), from The Union Institute& University, Cincinnati, Ohio. Dr. Conde has extensive experience in the special education field, not only in the U.S., but also abroad, specifically in Western Europe and Africa. |
