Price List for Summer Conferences and Camps

Facility Fee: $7.00 per person/per day

Facility fee includes use of most major campus facilities including meeting rooms, classrooms, common areas, auditorium, and use of basic audiovisual equipment.

Complete Package (includes housing, linens, and meals):

  • Over 60 guests: $48.00 per night/per person, double occupancy - $58.00 per night/per person, single occupancy
  • 40 – 59 guests: $50.00 per night/per person, double occupancy - $60.00 per night/per person, single occupancy
  • Under 39 guests: $52.00 per night/per person, double occupancy - $62.00 per night/per person, single occupancy

Housing and Meal Package (without Linens):

  • Over 60 guests: $38.00 per person/per night, double occupancy - $48.00 per person/per night/single occupancy
  • 40 – 59 guests: $40.00 per night/per person, double occupancy - $50.00 per night/per person, single occupancy
  • Under 39 guests: $42.00 per night/per person, double occupancy - $52.00 per night/per person, single occupancy

Housing Only (no meals or use of other campus facilities):

  • Prices with Linens: $28.00 per night/per person/double occupancy - $35.00 per night/per person/single occupancy
  • Prices without Linens: $23.00 per night/per person/double occupancy - $28.00 per night/per person/single occupancy

A one-time per session turn over cleaning fee of $100.00 will be assessed per room
