Other Charges
- All set-ups are an additional $100 per function.
- Additional discounts will only be provided for customer reserving multiple rooms, or multiple dates.
- Non-profits organizations should provide a copy of their tax-exempt form
- Students should provide current Barry ID or student number; alumni should provide graduation date
- Security/Damage deposit will be refunded within two-four (2-4) weeks after event date, provided room is clean and no damage after use. Deposit amount is the same as the room rental fee (except for Broad Auditorium which is $800).
