Broad Auditorium

Full Stage Event

Any event that requires use of of any part of the stage house behind main drape and more advanced lighting and sound operations. Examples include theatre performances, dance recitals, or concerts.

$1,500.00 per day

Apron Only Event

Takes place in front of the main drape only and requires only simple light and sound operations, such as a lecture or slide show.

$1,000.00 per day

Non-Performance Rates

Rate for days used for load-in, set-up, load-out, and rehearsals.

$800.00 per day.

Other Charges

  • All set-ups are an additional $100 per function.
  • Additional discounts will only be provided for customer reserving multiple rooms, or multiple dates.
  • Non-profits organizations should provide a copy of their tax-exempt form
  • Students should provide current Barry ID or student number; alumni should provide graduation date
  • Security/Damage deposit will be refunded within two-four (2-4) weeks after event date, provided room is clean and no damage after use. Deposit amount is the same as the room rental fee (except for Broad Auditorium which is $800).
