I believe the teacher should function as a facilitator, a catalyst, while remaining flexible, as each class group dynamic varies. I focus on teaching students to not just look but to see in a new way, encourage them to learn technical skills, then push and experiment to build their confidence. The more ideas one is free to explore, the more likely a truly creative idea can emerge.”
