| Teaching Philosophy |
| “I strongly believe each student possesses a unique talent, and my role is that of actively participating in the student’s musical and artistic evolution. The journey from vocal student to young artist is an exciting one, a path which delights daily in newly revealed individualities. What keeps teaching exciting day after day, year in and year out, is searching for that special key that unlocks each student’s artistic potential. Envisioning what my students might be able to achieve, I plan musical projects which will build the performance skills necessary in realizing that potential. The ongoing goals are to develop musical curiosity and artistic integrity.” |
