Distinguished Alumni Awards

The Distinguished Alumni Award, created in 2007, is the highest honor given to alumni by Barry University through the Alumni Association. This award honors Barry alumni who are locally, nationally and/or internationally recognized for their preeminent contributions to their professions, communities, and/or their demonstrated commitment to Barry University and its mission. To best recognize these Distinguished Alumni, individuals are nominated to represent the school or college from which they received their degree. Every year, one individual from each school or college will receive the award. All proceeds from the event benefit the Barry University Alumni Scholarship Fund.
