Each year the OAS offers scholarships to citizens or permanent residents of OAS Member States. The 2012-2013 call is about to close. Download PDF and apply for a scholarship to pursue undergraduate or graduate studies (bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate degree) and/or graduate research that leads to a degree. Interest-free loans for studies in the U.S.
