Favorite Location on Campus
I have many favorite places on campus… One is Adrian 208, the office of Center for Community Service Initiatives (CCSI), because it is the place where I’ve learned about my passion toward social justice, where I have met amazing people who I admire, and where I’ve grown as a person since it has been a constant during my time at Barry.
What I love about Barry
As an international student, the small community of Barry University has made my transition so much easier. You get to know the students and professors very well and your classes will challenge you to enhance your critical thinking, writing, reading, and public speaking skills.
Why I am a Student Ambassador
To share my love and appreciation of Barry and encourage prospective students to become part of the Barry community.
Student Ambassador; Alternative Breaks; Barry Service Corps Fellows; Honors Program; Career Development Center; Campus Ministry; National Society of Leadership and Service.
Earn my Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and do internships with international organizations of my interest. As an international student, I’ll do Optional Practical Training (OPT). Then, I may go to Law School or pursue a Master’s degree in International Relations or Latin American Politics. My long-term goal is to work at the United Nations, working towards social justice at an international level.
