Jay Sumners

Hello, my name is Jay Sumners and I am a junior at Barry. I am studying Political Science and I hope to make a real difference in the world some day. In high school I was really active with JROTC and the Naval Sea Cadets, and I still volunteer with them, when ever I am home in Citrus County Florida. At Barry I keep myself busy by being active in Delta Epsilon Iota honor Society and Alpha Delta Gamma fraternity. I also have a 4.0 GPA and hope to pursue my ambitions at graduate school after I am finished at Barry. Almost all of my tuition at Barry is paid for through various scholarships that I receive.
