Alexis Cabrera Memorial Scholarship

A lover of history, poet, musician, Alexis Cabrera passed away at the
age of 21.
Alex was past president of Pi Gamma Mu, International Social Science
Honor Society. Although he battled a learning disability as a child
it did not deter him from his love of reading. He believed that true
freedom for the individual could only be attained through learning.
He dreamed of becoming a lawyer in order to represent the disadvantaged
and the helpless. The Alexis Cabrera Scholarship was established in
his memory to assist other students reach their dreams. Support this
scholarship.
