Lloyd D. Elgart Memorial Scholarship
(Business – Arts & Sciences)
This scholarship established in 1994 to perpetuate the memory of Dr.
Elgart, who served the University so capably as faculty member, administrator
and benefactor. The trust of this scholarship has been to annually recognize
a student within the Andreas School of Business who has overcome challenges
and achieved high levels of performance, either academically, athletically,
and/or in service to the Barry or larger community. Applications for
this scholarship are made available each year. Support this scholarship.
Guidelines:
- Sophomore or Junior Standing
- 3.0 Cumulative Grade Point Average
- An essay entitled “Getting an Education Has Not Been Easy”
