Graduate Application
Complete an online application form. The programs/Schools listed below have online applications. You can simply click on the appropriate link to begin reading the application instructions and completing the form. We anticipate that all applications will be available online shortly.
Request or download a paper application. If your program/School does not currently offer an online application or if you would prefer to complete a paper application, you can obtain an application from Barry's Office of Graduate Admissions by emailing admissions@mail.barry.edu or calling 305-899-3100 or 1-800-695-2279. You may also print out your application using the PDF files found below.*
Applications for the Barry University School of Law can be obtained by completing the Law School Application Request Form.

Letters of Recommendation (if applicable) must be sent from the person writing the recommendation to the Office of Graduate Records Management. Transcripts must be received in an envelope sealed by the institution issuing the transcript. Refer to the Instructions for details.
* Please note: The following graduate programs require specific applications. For Anesthesiology and the PhD in Leadership and Education, you must request an application from the Office of Graduate Admission (admissions@mail.barry.edu).
