NEW MARC U*STAR STUDENTS
The MARC U*STAR, MBRS RISE and Bridges programs are supported by NIH to provide research opportunities for students. MARC U*STAR scholars may be biology, psychology, chemistry, computer science and mathematics majors who carry out research on campus and who will pursue a Ph.D. in their major. Scholars receive tuition and a monthly stipend. MBRS RISE students may major in biology and chemistry and are paid to carry out research on campus with faculty and off campus during the summer. Bridges students enrolled in the Master of Science Biomedical Sciences program carryout off campus summer research at Vanderbilt University. Contact Dr. F.
