The Mobile Mammography van will be on campus for women 35 and older with an appointment and a prescription from their doctor.

Interested participants should complete the checklist below and make an appointment by Sunday, Oct. 26 by calling 954-276-5595.
- Must have prescription from doctor to make appointment
- Have No symptoms (new lumps, masses or discharge)
- Have a written order from your physician/provider
- Have NO personal history of breast cancer
- Be able to walk up stairs and stand alone
- Not be pregnant or nursing
- Not have breast implants

All women 35 and older are welcome to participate in the annual and convenient Mobile Mammography event hosted by Women's Imaging Center of Memorial Hospital, in honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
