Barry Basics

Academics

Whether you are preparing for a career, changing careers, or seeking to advance in your field, you will find Barry offers a wide range of degree programs and has the ability to support them fully with highly qualified and dedicated faculty as well as all the necessary, current resources and facilities.

Barry offers more than 60 traditional undergraduate programs, accelerated bachelor's programs designed specifically for working adults, and more than 50 graduate programs (many of these offering evening/weekend classes).

Our low student to faculty ratio allow for personalized attention which, in turn, will enable you to more easily reach your goals. Eighty-two percent of our faculty holds the doctorate, first professional, or other terminal degree.

Student Population

For several years in a row, U.S. News and World Report  Best Colleges Edition ranked Barry as number one for campus diversity among schools of our size in the South.
