Director, Housing Residence Life
Matthew Cameron comes to Barry University after working in the Department of Housing and Residential Life at Florida Atlantic University. Matthew completed both his undergraduate degrees and graduate degree here at Barry. Matthew holds a B.S. in Criminology and M.S. in Higher Education Administration. Matthew has over 11 years of residence hall experience and is responsible for providing the overall leadership and direction for the Department of Housing and Residence Life

Associate Director
Dennis Lue Yat completed both his undergraduate and graduate degrees here at Barry. Dennis holds a B.S. in Business, MBA & M.S. Sport Management. Dennis is a native of Trinidad and Tobago. After graduating from Barry, Dennis began his career at Quinnipiac University, Hamden, CT in 2006. Dennis has over 8 years of residence hall experience and is responsible for assignments, billing, facilities management, and budgeting.

Assistant Director
Damion Martells joins our team after serving 6 years in the field of Higher Education. Martells completed his undergraduate degree in Management Information System at Eastern Connecticut State University. Damion also holds a master's degree in Education Administration from St. Thomas University. Damion is responsible for co-advising the Resident Hall Association, professional staff training, and resident assistant training, recruitment, evaluation, and selection.

Administrative Assistant
The administrative assistant is responsible for the day to day operation of the Housing and Residence Life Office. This person is directly response for management of the maintenance repair request/work orders system in conjunction with Facilities Management. Additionally, the admin assistant oversees and supervises the Office Assistants. This person is the departmental point of contact for the Barry Cares initiative.
Residence Coordinators

Residence Coordinator
Reynaldo Soares comes to Barry University after serving as a Living Center Director at Grand Valley State University for 4 years. He received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of West Florida. Reynaldo holds a B.S.B.A in Management and a M.Ed. in College Student Personnel Administration. He is currently responsible for the over-site of Weber, Brown, Sage and Dalton and Dunspaugh Halls. These are all freshman areas.

Residence Coordinator
Michael Fountain oversees all aspects of daily operations in Benincasa and Kolasa halls. He received a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies from Georgia Southern University in December 2005 and he received a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Georgia Southern University in July 2009. Michael, a native of Georgia, is interested in student affairs and living-learning programs.

Residence Coordinator
Tatiana Webster completed four years at Ursuline College and received her Bachelor's in History and her master's at Cleveland State University in Adult learning and development. She is currently responsible for the over-site of Flood Hall, Renee Mottram-Doss Hall, Holly House, and all off campus Houses and Apartments.

Jennifer Casey comes to Barry University after serving as an Assistant Residence Hall Director at Wagner College on Staten Island, NY after 2 years. She received her undergraduate degree from Dominican College in Orangeburg, NY and her graduate degree from Wagner College. Jennifer holds a B.S Ed. in Education and a M. Ed. in Teaching Literacy. She fell in love with housing and residence life during her undergraduate RA experience. She is getting adjusted to the Florida lifestyle and is excited to see what Miami and southern Florida has to offer!
