Personal Fitness Training is your opportunity to meet one-on-one with a trained fitness professional to develop a fitness program specifically designed to your needs and interests. Let our trainers help you maximize your workout and minimize risk of injury.

Our personal trainers are nationally certified and degreed professionals, whose main interest is to assist, guide and educate others who wish to experience a greater ease and physical ability in their lives.

*Personal Training is available to BU students & Faculty/Staff only.
Registration for Personal Training is ongoing at the Front Desk of the Landon Fitness Center. Registration forms are available at the fitness desk or online @ http://student.barry.edu/hpls/default.htm and must be submitted along with payment (Cash or Check payable to Barry University). Once your forms and payment are received, the Fitness Director will assign a Personal Trainer to meet with you. You will be contacted by the trainer to schedule your initial consultation and subsequent workout sessions.

Alumni Fitness Center Memberships
The Alumni Relations Team and the Fitness & Wellness Center is proud to offer you this new Alumni benefit! Alumni now have the chance to sign up to use the Wellness Center gym on the Barry University, Miami Shores Campus!
Over 20 cardiovascular machines (treadmills, elliptical, stair climbers, bikes, rowers)
- An entire programming circuit of Cybex workout machines.
- Multi-purpose workout racks.
- A full compliment of free weight equipment.
- Certified and trained supervisors on the floor at all times.
- Full service locker rooms.
