A current Barry Identification card must be shown prior to entering the facility. All participants are also required to abide by the rules and regulations that govern the use of the facility. NO EXCEPTIONS.

At the Landon Fitness Center, we know that there is more to the college experience than exams and papers. We offer Barry students, faculty and staff a place to release that stress in a safe and friendly environment-all while getting fit in the process!

The Fitness Center has over 50 cardio and weight machines, a designated free weight area in addition to a boxing area that includes a heavy bag and speed bag. The Fitness Center is open 86 hours during the week to meet your scheduling needs.

No matter what your goals are, the Fitness Center has something for everyone, regardless of your fitness level. You just have to get up and go!

Appropriate work-out clothing is required.

The Fitness Center follows all National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) rules and guidelines.

The National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) was founded in 1978 as an international nonprofit educational association. The NSCA is responsible for developing and presenting the most advanced information regarding strength training and conditioning practices, injury prevention, and research findings.
