Human Resource Development & Administration (MS)

PERFORMANCE THROUGH LEARNING

The Human Resource Development and Administration (HRDA) is a 33- or 36-credit hour program leading to a Master of Science degree. The program meets the professional growth needs of adults aspiring to improve their skills to successfully lead within profit or non-profit organizations as facilitators of employee, team, and organizational development. The program prepares students in creating a learning organization that enhances an organization’s productivity.
