Paid Time Off
Paid Time Off hours are granted to all regular full-time and part-time eligible employees.
Accrual guidelines vary based on your employment classification:
Non-Exempt - Full Time 40 hours per week
| Non-Exempt Full Time 40 hours per week | 160 hours |
| Non-Exempt Full Time 37.5 hours per week | 150 hours |
| Part Time Regular | 80 hours |
| Exempt Professional/Non-Faculty | 200 hours |
| Exempt Executive and 12 Month Faculty | 256 hours |
| Exempt - 9/10 Month Faculty | 80 hours |
Hours are accrued on an annual basis and may not be used until the completion of your probationary period, if applicable.
PTO hours will be pro-rated based on the number of months remaining in the fiscal year, if start date is after July 1.
