Paid Time Off hours are granted to all regular full-time and part-time eligible employees.

Accrual guidelines vary based on your employment classification:
Non-Exempt - Full Time 40 hours per week

Non-Exempt
Full Time 40 hours per week

160 hours

Non-Exempt
Full Time 37.5 hours per week

150 hours

Part Time Regular

80 hours

Exempt
Professional/Non-Faculty
200 hours
Exempt
Executive and 12 Month Faculty
256 hours

Exempt - 9/10 Month Faculty

80 hours

Hours are accrued on an annual basis and may not be used until the completion of your probationary period, if applicable.

PTO hours will be pro-rated based on the number of months remaining in the fiscal year, if start date is after July 1.
