Pre-Employment Skills Testing

Comprehensive skills assessment testing is administered to potential candidates as a screening tool in search for the most qualified individual. You will be required to test if your application has been selected as a top candidate.

WHAT POSITIONS REQUIRE TESTING?

Generally, all Administrative/Clerical/Support positions require skills testing. Please refer to our job postings to verify which positions require testing.

WHAT TYPES OF TESTS ARE ADMINISTERED?

Tests are selected based on the qualifications for the position.

Testing is administered in Software, Clerical, Computer Literacy and Office Skills.

Sample testing programs administered are:

  • Access
  • Customer Service
  • Data Entry
  • Excel
  • Grammar
  • Outlook
  • PowerPoint
  • Typing
  • Word

TESTING APPOINTMENT

Human Resources will contact you to schedule a skills testing appointment.

Testing is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00am to 3:30pm. Please allow a minimum of 40 minutes for testing.

You will be required to complete an application on-line prior to your appointment. At the time of your appointment you will be required to complete a background check form and sign your application.
