Professional Licensure and Certification Disclosure Requirement

The Juris Doctor program at Barry University School of Law is accredited by the American Bar Association. Pursuant to 34 CFR 668.43(a)(5)(v) this is notification that the program of legal study leading to a Juris Doctor degree at Barry University School of Law meets the educational requirements to apply for admission to every state's bar as well as the District of Columbia. However, some states may have some additional requirements to be eligible for admission. For specific information on requirements to apply for admission to the bar in each state, please refer to the National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE) Bar Admission Guide.
