Hardship Waiver

Barry Law wants to encourage qualified candidates to apply for admission.  If the Law School Admission Council (LSAC) granted a fee waiver for the Law School Admission Test, then Barry Law will waive the Barry Law $50 application fee automatically at the time you apply electronically.

If you were not eligible for the LSAC fee waiver but you feel your financial circumstances are severely hindering your ability to apply, then contact us directly.  Email the Admissions Office manager, Kim Rupert, at krupert@mail.barry.edu, and provide the following information:

  1. Subject line of the email should read “Financial Hardship Waiver Request”
  2. Describe your limited financial situation in detail for our review of waiver.
  3. Attach supporting documentation to the email message to support your position.

If the hardship waiver is approved, Ms. Rupert will provide a coupon code for you to enter when you apply electronically via LSAC.
