Information for Employers

The Career Services Office assists employers in recruiting Barry law students and graduates through job postings on our online database, on-campus interview programs, and resume collection and referral services.

Job Postings

Employers seeking full-time or part-time interns or law clerks during the academic year, summer associates or summer law clerks, entry-level attorneys, or lateral hires may fill immediate hiring needs by posting a position on CSM-Symplicity, our online database. Go to: https://law-barrylaw-csm.symplicity.com/employers. Follow the link to Register. For even greater ease, there is an option to post a position at several law schools with just one form. Alternatively, you may complete our “Job Posting Form” and send via fax to 321-206-5629.

 On-Campus Interviews

On-Campus Interviews (OCI) and Resume Collection

The Career Services Office welcomes employers to interview students for summer and post-graduation positions during its On-Campus Interview (OCI) program during the fall and spring semesters. We arrange interviews to accommodate your schedule, and provide private office space.

If you cannot visit our campus, the CSO will collect student resumes and forward a package to you. This allows you to review application materials of all interested Barry law students at the same time and either invite candidates to interview at your office or conduct interviews at the law school.

Please complete the “Career Services Request Form” if you would like to take advantage of these services.

OCI Form

If you have any questions, or wish to participate in our OCI Program, please contact Cinnamon Baker, Director of Career Services, at 321-206-5628 321-206-5628 or cbaker@mail.barry.edu.

Information Sessions, Panel Discussions and Presentations

The CSO welcomes employers to hold information sessions about their organizations, participate in panel discussions regarding practice areas, and present other topics that would be of interest to our students.
