Bio:

Professor Marc Edelman teaches and writes in the areas of antitrust, contracts, property and sports law.  He is regularly cited by the media about how the Sherman Act applies to professional sports leagues, and he is currently writing an amicus brief to the Supreme Court on the case American Needle v. National Football League.

Professor Edelman is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and a cum laude graduate of Michigan Law School. For four years, Professor Edelman practiced antitrust and sports litigation with the law firms Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom LLP and Dewey Ballantine LLP.

In addition to his teaching, Professor Edelman currently serves as a guest contributor to Street & Smith's Sports Business Journal and to the award-winning blog, Above the Law. Professor Edelman is also Of Counsel to the law firm Ebanks & Sattler LLP and founder of a fantasy-sports dispute resolution business, www.SportsJudge.com.
