Bio:

Professor Watts received his J.D. cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1996. Upon graduation he spent a year as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Henry Coke Morgan, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Professor Watts joined the faculty in 2004, after eight years of private practice in Norfolk, Virginia, as a civil litigator in the areas of personal injury, product liability and False Claims Act “Whistleblower” litigation. Professor Watts teaches Torts, Civil Procedure and The Laws and Ethics of War. He is also the faculty advisor to the Barry University Radio Club which helps prepare the Legal Forum radio show which can be heard at noon every Saturday on 1190AM.

Prior to attending college, Professor Watts served four years as a rifleman in the Unites States Marine Corps and had the honor of guarding President Ronald Reagan at Camp David. He lives in Maitland, Florida with his wife, Karen, and their two children.
