Bio:

Professor Talcott received his J.D. from the University of Nebraska School of Law, where he was Executive Editor of the Law Review and was a member of two National Moot Court Teams. After several years in private practice, he became Director of Continuing Legal Education at the University of Puget Sound School of Law, in addition to serving as an adjunct professor. In 1980, he was named an Assistant Dean at the University of Denver School of Law, directing the program of advanced professional development and teaching trial practice. He was then appointed as a special assistant to the General Counsel of the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Professor Talcott served as the Dean of Barry University School of Law from March, 1998 to July, 2003. He is currently a Professor of Law at the University.
