Enrollment Requirement

For financial aid purposes, students who are enrolled for 9 or more credit hours in a term are considered to be enrolled full-time. Those enrolled for 5 to 8 credit hours in a term are considered part-time.

Summer enrollment must be at least 4 credit hours to be eligible for financial assistance. The maximum number of credit hours allowed in the summer term is 8 credit hours unless a variance is granted.

A student must be enrolled at least part-time to be eligible for federal student loans.
