Barry University Law School partners with Metz Culinary Management for Campus Dining Services

The Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law has partnered with Metz Culinary Management to provide dining services for students, faculty, staff and guests effective July 13, 2015. Under the five-year agreement, Metz Culinary Management plans to implement signature food concept stations that improve the quality and variety of fresh and healthy dining options on campus.

“First and foremost, Metz Culinary Management is about great food and hospitality. That’s the core concept in a nutshell,” said Jack Brill, VP of Business Development for Metz Culinary Management’s Sarasota-based Southern Division Corporate Office. “Restaurant-quality food is complemented by focusing on food trends and bringing guests the healthy and nutritional meals they demand.”

On July 13, Metz Culinary Management will have installed its signature food concept stations, including: Sidebar Café, J-Clarks, Bravo, Pizza Express and Day Breaker. Boars Head deli meat and a variety of to-go items will also be available for guests. Metz will manage all catering operations for the school.

Metz Culinary Management was selected because of the company’s breadth of business partner relationships, attractive financial package, flexibility, site visit scores at client facilities and superior responses from reference interviews.

The Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law at Barry University is a Catholic institution for undergraduate, graduate and professional education. Founded in 1999, the Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law has an enrollment of over 250 students.
