Accreditation

American Bar Association Accreditation

On December 2, 2006, the Council of the Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar of the American Bar Association (ABA) granted full accreditation, effective immediately to Barry University School of Law. The School of Law, established 1999, was provisionally approved by the American Bar Association (ABA) in February 2002.

General Accreditation

Barry University is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (1866 Southern Lane, Decatur, Georgia 30033-4097; Telephone number 404-679-4501) to award bachelor's, master's, specialist, and doctoral degrees.

Barry University School of Law is approved by the Veteran's Administration.
