To apply to Barry University for the Master of Science in Educational Leadership, the following admission requirements must be met:
Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited or internationally recognized college or university with appropriate credits in related disciplines and/or professional education courses as indicated by transcript
Undergraduate cumulative grade point average of 3.0 (B) or higher
If undergraduate cumulative grade point average is less than 3.00 (B), then acceptable and recent score on the Miller Analogies Test or Graduate Record Examination
Two recent professional recommendation for graduate study
Current Florida Teacher’s Certificate only when enrolling in a state-approved program
Statement of purpose and goals
Documentation of successful teaching experience
To apply to Barry University for the Ed.S. degree, the following admission requirements must be met:

Special Student Status (Non-degree-seeking and provisionally accepted)
You may be permitted to take three graduate courses (nine credits) in Education on the basis of a signed application and proof of a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education. Any of the courses taken under Special Student Status can be applied to a degree program only after you are fully accepted.
Registration
You must apply and be at least provisionally accepted in order to register as a graduate student (non-degree-seeking or degree-seeking).
Students who have been academically inactive for at least one calendar year and who wish to be readmitted must complete an application for readmission.
