Bibliographic Instruction Form

Instruction in the use of the library is key to fulfilling the library's mission and is available in various settings. Individual faculty members may request a formal library instruction tailored to their subject.  Instruction will be provided in the library or in the classroom. Off-site instructions are available. Faculty wishing to request an instruction should contact the Reference department or fill out this online BI Form.

Faculty/Staff members only may request that Reference Librarians provide formal Bibliographic Instruction classes in a classroom setting.
